Viewing Syslog & Traps
Syslog and SNMP traps are two protocols used to communicate event notifications in the infrastructure. Once these event notifications are generated, you should collate these messages into a simple view. The Syslog & Traps view helps you visualize and understand these infrastructure events.
This view gives you full visibility into all the syslog and traps in the system with:
a detailed count of different types of events by severity, along with name, category, and types of events.
visibility into what objects and sites in the system have these events.
an extensive list of all the events with full details and the descriptive messages.
