System-Defined Device Drivers
A device driver defines a set of configuration commands that may be issued by NetIM to collect information directly from a network device. NetIM ships with a set of system-defined device drivers.
This section includes the following topics:
Lists the commands issued during Device Config File Collection to collect device data and during AppNetwork Path Analysis.
Lists route commands that may be configured for system-defined device drivers for which the collection and import of partial routing tables is supported.
A system-defined device driver may support multiple versions of a command for a given command type. When this is the case, the command is unlocked in the device driver.
Supported IPv4 IP Route commands lists supported commands for IP route. See the Riverbed Support site's Knowledge Base for supported commands for other command types.
